GetSuited SMS Consent & Messaging Policy

Campaign Description

GetSuited sends two types of messages to users:

  1. Two-Factor Authentication (2FA) one-time passcodes required to verify identity and secure accounts.
     
  2. Pickup and Drop-Off Reminders related to scheduled rental transactions.
     

Messages are only sent to users who have opted in during account creation or enabled SMS notifications in their profile settings. Users may disable SMS at any time from their profile page or by replying STOP.


How End-Users Consent to Receive Messages

Users opt in to SMS during signup when they enter their mobile number and agree to the Terms of Service, which includes SMS messaging consent.
Users may also enable or disable SMS notifications later from the Profile page inside the GetSuited app.

Only users who have explicitly opted in will receive 2FA codes and Pickup/Drop-Off reminders.


Opt-Out Method

Users can opt out at any time by:

  • Turning off SMS notifications in the Profile page, or
     
  • Replying STOP to any GetSuited message.
     

Replying HELP provides support instructions. For additional support, users may email suitup@getsuitednow.com.

The process for Opt-In or Opt-Out

During the sign-up process users can opt-in or out of 2FA and SMS reminders.

The profile page will always host opt-in or out options for 2FA or SMS reminders.  

The code for only selecting users that decide to opt-in to the reminders.
